The BuenaVista area is well protected and situated far from the noisy tourist areas and highways, still close enough, so that the Mediterranean shore and the nearby towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena are reached by car in 15-20 minutes. There is a fabulous view to the sea and the mountains. In the night the Mijas and Fuengirola lights are giving there own feeling of being both close and far, Fuengirola 300 meters below and Mijas 100 meters higher. The airport is reached within 15 minutes and Malaga within 25.
The Villa
3 bedrooms with bath and an additional guest bathroom. Internal space approx. 150 m2, whole plot approx 900. Spacious living room, dining room and kitchen & laundry with practically all modern commodities.

Exterior
Very large terrace mainly covered with tiles, 4 separate green areas with high palms and low vegetation. Colorful flowers, the main color is the red of Bougainville which is visible practically everywhere on the plot. A private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi for 6 persons, water temperature can be set up to 40 degrees C. Several groups of garden furniture.
Activities
Golf, of course, sunbathing on own plot and at the sand shore of the Mediterranean. Culture, for example famous museums, the oldest city of Europe, Cadiz and Gibraltar (1 h). Downhill skiing at Sierra Nevada at only approx 2 h distance.
Fabulous Sea & Mountain view
Cleaning & launderings is available during the rental time at the renters’ expense. Clean spare laundry available in all bedrooms. Gardener is automatically taking care of the pool and the garden. He speaks fluently English and will be pleased to help if for ex. translation to Spanish is needed.
